Tommy O'Donnell

Chief Executive Officer
Tommy O'Donnell is an inspiring Leader and the visionary force behind the company. Tommy is a passionate advocate for Building and Renovation in the Construction industry. Staying close to the Innovative hub, through affiliations with NAHB an the Local chapter, Building Industry Assocaiation of Hawaii, of which he is a current Board of Directors member, he and the company continue to stay in touch with all the new and upcoming products and building sciences. With 40 years of Building knowledge, he has seen and done so much in the industry, and still has the Passion to help and Lead others to grow their skills in the business.

Maui Laigo

Director of Design and Technology
An expert in Renovation work, and the perfect person we want managing our Projects. Maui has a very well rounded knowledge in all aspects of the construction building processes. Whether its a New Home, or an extensive Renovation, Commercial or Residential, Maui comes with a Positive attitude, and that attitude is contagious around the Jobsite. He brings joy to the process of building because of his love and passion for his work. His "can do" attitude helps get the jobs done in a timely and safe manner.

Pauline O'Donnell

Director of Construction and Quality
Pauline O'Donnell has been the other driving Force behind the compnay. The often overlooked backend of the business, of Bookeeping, Payroll, Accounting, are just a few of the hats that she wears well. She has spent coutless hours keeping subs paid, and keeping all the suppliers paid as well. She is a huge contributor to the Success of the Business.
